Road deaths in the UK are on the rise for the first time in ten years.

Latest statistics have also revealed that motorists living in the Midlands and northern counties are more likely to be involved in an accident than those living in the south and east of the country.

In 2011 more than 1,900 people were killed on the roads. That’s just over 5 people every single day of the year. This figure is a rise of more than 2% on 2010′s figure.

The simple message is if you are a young driver, new driver, drive for a living, senior motorist or lady driver  drive safely at all times with no exceptions
