Web-based car insurance firm, swiftcover.com, is taking steps to eliminate the number of fraudulent claims made on its policies by implementing a system of background checks. The company – which has successfully caught public attention with its series of adverts featuring rock icon, Iggy Pop – will undertake background checks on people seeking insurance with them.
